Love your Workplace

You’ve heard it all before – a productive workplace is powered by positive workplace culture and a satisfied and motivated team.  There’s a plethora of podcasts and blog posts on how to achieve that holy grail – a workplace where work is completed efficiently and with a happy demeanour, by staff who feel fulfilled.  Despite all the quick fixes flaunted by this guru or that regime, It’s not often that you walk into a workplace where you can actively feel the love and contentment!  Recently, we discovered exactly that - and it’s inspired us to keep motivating other businesses not to give up on this incredibly important ingredient.

In our time with the team at Love, we noticed these things that we’re attributing their great vibe and happy staff to.

Positivity & Inspiration

It was impossible to miss the positive messaging that extended from the walls to communications, and throughout face to face dealings.  Nothing was too much trouble for Love to sort out for their staff, so we can only imagine the kind of experience their clients are also receiving.  When you surround yourself with inspiration and positive energy, you’re more likely to focus on the good in life.

Love & Respect

Lots of people and businesses have flashy taglines that they don’t stand by, but with Love, it was clear they were serious about their name.  Every interaction we had and observed was grounded in respect.

Clear Goals

Vision, Mission, values and The four key basics were clear to see and act as a reminder of what the organisation’s goal is.  We love that care is the first of the four!  When people care for themselves, each other and what they are working on, what could possibly go wrong?

Dedication to oneself

By organising massages and prioritising staff health, Love was sending a very strong message that dedicating time for health and self-care was not just encouraged outside of work, it is a foundational choice to be made regularly.

We love that Love didn’t just encourage staff to make a healthy choice by giving them a voucher to sort out on their own time.  They actively arranged the massages in work time, providing a comfortable private space for the massages to happen.  We get the feeling that empowerment stretches into every aspect of their team from education to projects, but what better way to start than by empowering your staff to care for themselves.

Leading by example is a powerful tool.  While we can’t help you with the design of your workplace culture, we can help you provide services like yoga and massage in the workplace to look after your staff and help send a strong message that actions are stronger than words.  Providing the space and creating an environment of positivity might just be easier than you think!
